2. Purpose

picto.art provides an online service for generating and editing YouTube thumbnails using artificial intelligence. The service allows the production of up to 21 thumbnail variations to support A/B testing and click-through rate optimization.

3. Access to the service

The service is accessible to users with the necessary legal capacity, or with authorization from a legal representative. The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

4. Account and security

The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all actions performed via the account. In case of unauthorized use, the user agrees to contact support promptly at contact@picto.art.

5. Credits, trials, and subscriptions

• An account may benefit from a free trial of 10 credits.
• 1 credit is consumed for each thumbnail generated.
• 2 credits are consumed for editing a thumbnail, producing 2 variations.
• Paid offers are provided as monthly or annual subscriptions. Pricing and credits details are shown in the subscription interface.
• Billing and subscription management are handled by Stripe. Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. User-provided content

The user guarantees that they have all necessary rights to the content they upload or submit (images, brands, faces, text, etc.). The user agrees not to submit unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

The user authorizes Pixel Potion to process this content strictly to provide the service (generation, editing, storage, export, support).

7. Results and limitations

picto.art provides an assisted creation tool. Generated results may be imperfect and do not guarantee performance. The user remains solely responsible for the final use of thumbnails (including YouTube rules and third-party rights).

8. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and under a best-efforts obligation. Pixel Potion may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, or improvements. No guarantee of continuous availability is provided.

9. Liability

Pixel Potion shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of audience, loss of data, etc.). In any case, Pixel Potion's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.

10. Suspension and termination

Pixel Potion reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent activities, or unlawful behavior. The user may request account deletion by contacting contact@picto.art.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the terms

Pixel Potion may modify these terms at any time. The new terms apply upon publication.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of the jurisdiction of Pixel Potion's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
